2018 Annual Report

Here’s a recap and the full report attached. We were able to review the 2018 Mission Plan and reflect on it’s performance. We took a look at our forecasts for 2019 and the State of the Endowment. Laundry Love

Love never ends — neither does laundry! The St. John’s Service Committee began our local Laundry Love in the fall of 2018 to provide laundry services to those in need in our community. Laundry Love is a neighboring movement that partners with groups, schools and local laundromats to wash the clothes and bedding of low-income and/or no-income families and individuals. Mindful Mamas are Born

This is a mindfulness and wellbeing practice to build relationship amongst mothers in our community. Join us on the third Wednesday of each month at 11:45 AM in Hansen Hall. Bring your lunch! Season of Light Update

During the season of Epiphany, St. John’s raises funds to assist local customers of Lower Valley Energy pay their heat and light bills. By way of referrals from the Customer Accounts Supervisor, you have enabled 19 local families to stay warm in 2018 and more in the years following. Adopt-a-Godparent

A dream come true! We are launching an interactive and intergenerational program for adults and children to connect and take part in activities together. We will meet once a month. Adults and children will be paired in groups to play games and participate in shared hobbies. Eventually, groups may be separated by interests (i.e. sewing, tying flies, learning card tricks, etc.).
