Mindfulness for Mamas
This is a mindfulness and wellbeing practice to build relationship amongst mothers in our community. Join us on the third Wednesday of each month at 11:45 AM in Hansen Hall. Bring your lunch! There will be a panel of facilitators from around the community to lead us in discussion.
