Learn to Juggle

Did you know that juggling has proven to increase the amount of gray matter in the brain (2004 study by Nature Magazine)? Tossing balls and taking steps to learn how to juggle is beneficial for all age groups and body types. When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.” ― Paulo Coelho “There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we Read more…

One Breath One Body

I am a big believer in Pilates, breath, and the connection to your core. I think there’s an exercise modality out there for everyone and if you can find one and make it a part of your lifestyle, you’re going to be a happier Read more…

This is our Destiny

Dear Church, Brian and I have spent the last several Sundays at 9 a.m. looking at ways we might “build the capacity to love” in our lives. Each week, 10-20 of us circled up to try to work it out together. As Brian and I chatted about the topics we’ve addressed each week, I’ve asked myself the question, “If love is the goal, the answer, the killer app, the way, and all there is” then Read more…
