PFLAG

Jackson PFLAG promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons, their families and friends through:
- Support, to cope with an adverse society.
- Education, to enlighten an ill-informed public.
- Advocacy, to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights.
PFLAG speaks for those of us who are concerned about society's attitudes toward our gay, lesbian bisexual and transgender loved ones. As well as offering opportunities for dialogue about sexual orientation, PFLAG works tirelessly to change public policies and affect attitudes in order to create a tolerant, healthy society that is respectful of diversity.
Jackson PFLAG always holds monthly support group meetings on the third Tuesday of each month, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, in the library of St. John's Church.
