Big Dreamers, A Family Tradition

I’ve heard stories of pillowcases moving around the country now. So far, I know they’ve gone to Oregon, California and Texas. I’ve heard of stories of pillowcases being shared in hospital rooms and the Whole Grocer, too. It seems like every day or so somebody asks me, “hey you’re that guy from St. John’s, right? What’s up with the pillowcases?” And it’s fun. I’m able to tell them, “together, we’re spending the summer dreaming big Read more…

June Playlist

“”Wildflowers” by The Wailin’ Jennys is my current fave on repeat! The gorgeous wildflowers blooming right now and the promise of being true to yourself resonate deeply with me. Also we love “I’m Alive (Life Sounds Like)” by Michael Franti & Spearhead. This is my family’s drive to school/work jam to get the day started. Nothing like driving with the Teton Range out the window and a new day ahead.” – Julie Tobiason This playlist Read more…

Dream Big Dreams

For the last couple of years, we’ve been organizing our seasons around themes. You might remember the wooden tokens supporting kindness or the lip balm emphasizing hospitality and welcome or the stones and spoons that helped us make stone soup together and focus on table fellowship and the deepening of our commitments to one another. Each of these themes are meant to help us grow spiritually—both individually and as a church, a faith family. Our Read more…

If you Read more…

You can read ahead in Revelations and hear we’ll have the opportunity to honor and thank a beloved member of our community and staff, Pam Read more…

St. John’s is committed to spreading the light in someone’s life.
