Safe Church, Safe Communities

As people who stand before God and one another and declare that we will, in the words of our Baptismal Covenant, “respect the dignity of every human being,” we are committed to ensuring that St. John’s is a safe place for people of all ages and circumstances.

St. John’s and The Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming have established safe church policies and training programs for clergy, employees, workers with children and youth, supervisors and decision makers, and persons involved in pastoral relationships.

The Episcopal Church is committed to fostering communities in which its members and guests can explore their faith, exercise their ministries, and live out their vocations in safe and healthy settings.

Training is online through the Safe Church, Safe Communities training site on Praesidium.  For more thorough information, fill out this contact form. If you have any questions about key holder training, please contact the Church office at 307-733-2603 or email chandler@stjohnsjackson.org.
