M.E. Weber

M.E.’s story of coming to Jackson is a familiar one. She and her husband, Bob came for the skiing twenty years ago and stayed for the summer. They bought a vacation home in 2017 and moved here full time 2 years later from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. They have two daughters. Margot, is married to Jesse Crane, with 18-month old son, Jasper. Meredith was the first of the family to move to Jackson in 2014. They feel so lucky and blessed to all be here together. M.E.’s education includes a BA from Boston College in 1974 and an MBA from Temple University and Fox School of Business in 1980. M.E. retired after 35 years with Dow/Rohm and Haas companies in 2016. She had an exciting career, including 4 overseas assignments, London, Paris, Shanghai and Saudi Arabia. While her background is finance, for the last 15 years of her career M.E. was an Information Technology Director, managing the maintenance and implementation of the systems supporting global business processes. The Weber family visited St. John’s Episcopal Church when they started spending more time in the valley and felt warmly welcomed and at home. She is looking forward to contributing to this fabulous community through a term on the vestry.
