Meet Jack Nystrom
My name is Jack Nystrom, and I have the privilege of serving as the Owner’s Representative for the Browse ‘n Buy redevelopment project. While my professional background is in construction and project management, this role has also given me the opportunity to serve the church in a meaningful way through one of our largest capital campaigns, A Legacy of Love. I’m excited to share that we recently secured our building permit, and construction is scheduled to begin this month with an anticipated timeline of approximately 18–24 months to completion.
An Owner’s Representative acts as the church’s advocate throughout the design and construction process. My role is to coordinate communication between the church, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants while helping manage schedule, budget, design coordination, and construction progress. Above all, my responsibility is to represent the church’s best interests and help ensure that decisions made throughout the project align with its long-term goals.
It has been incredibly rewarding to be part of this project, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help bring Browse’s next chapter, A Legacy of Love, to life. I look forward to seeing the vision become a reality in the months ahead.
