Community Partners

We love our neighbors as ourselves at St. John’s Church and these community partners are standouts in our minds.


Wind River Indian Reservation | In 2024, we led 24 Sunday morning services at St. David’s, Fort Washakie and Our Father’s House, Ethete. We give basic necessities to this community regularly including warm clothing and diapers and gift cards. For more on this partnership, take a peek at this recent post.


Sage Living | At Sage Living offers compassionate and expert senior care in a vibrant, nurturing environment, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported. In 2024, we hosted 154 individuals at Sage Living for afternoon tea and 34 people worshiped at our Deacon’s Mass with The Rev. Dr. Christie Laughery. Local author Nanci Turner Steveson also taught a writing workshop.


One 22 | One22 Resource Center is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing financial and cultural challenges in the Greater Teton area. Jackson Cupboard | The Jackson Cupboard opened its doors in 2001 as part of an Eagle Scout project and has been serving our community since then. The Cupboard meets critical needs of our community by providing essential, nourishing food. In 2020, the Cupboard began operating as a program of One22 and is currently open for order pick up Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. To learn more about accessing food, donating, or volunteering at the Jackson Cupboard, visit one22jh.org/jackson-cupboard. Community Prevention Coalition of Teton County | The CPCTC’s purpose is to promote the health of people living in Teton County. The prevention coalition is a combination of concerned citizens, schools, health care, law enforcement, businesses, faith leaders, local government, and youth-serving organizations who have come together to work collaboratively toward the common goal of building a safe, healthy, and vibrant community whose culture encourages connectivity and wellbeing. Teton Habitat | An affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area (Teton Habitat) was founded in 1995.
