Campus Work Days

All are invited to our Campus Clean-Up Days!
Join us on Saturday, May 9, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at The Chapel of the Transfiguration as we get the chapel ready for our summer families and visitors. We will be washing the chapel logs, installing the sun sail, staining trim in the wedding cabin, organizing sacristy supplies, and cleaning our million-dollar-view window.
This year, we’ll also need some strong hands to help place walking stones around the chapel, replace needed rails for the buck rail fence, and move and store the plywood boards used to protect our chapel.
Doughnuts will be provided!
We will also be sprucing up St. John’s campus on Saturday, May 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. — lunch provided! We need a few folks who are handy with a paint brush, and green thumbs to help spread mulch and plant our flower containers around campus.
If painting or yard work isn’t your thing, we’re also looking for a group to help fold and assemble packets of notecards that we sell each year at the chapel.
Stay for lunch afterward—we’re sure to be hungry!
Bring your water bottle and work gloves to either or both dates and join in the fun.
