DESCRIPTION:🌿 Join St. John’s Outdoors for an Evening Play Date!* 🌿\nCome unwind\, connect with nature\, and share in fellowship on a beautiful summer evening. \n📍 Meet at the Trail Creek Trailhead\n⏰ Gather at 5:45 PM • Hike begins promptly at 6:00 PM \nCheck out the details and invite your friends on Facebook!\nOur journey will begin with a short reading at the trailhead before we set out on the trail. After hiking approximately ¾ mile\, we’ll pause for a reading from the Psalms and reflect on a few guiding questions. We’ll then continue another ¾ mile in quiet contemplation\, allowing the beauty of the outdoors to deepen our reflections. \nAt our next stop\, we’ll gather for prayer before continuing on to a lovely wildflower meadow\, where we will celebrate Holy Communion together. We’ll then make our way back to the trailhead\, sharing thoughts\, insights\, and experiences from the evening. \n🌼 What to Expect\nApproximately 2 hours\nAbout 3 miles of hiking\nRoughly 600 feet of elevation gain\nTime for reflection\, prayer\, communion\, and community \n🎒 What to Bring\nWater\nHiking poles (recommended)\nBug spray\nComfortable hiking attire and footwear \n📋 Please complete the waiver before attending.\nWe hope you’ll join us for this meaningful evening of faith\, fellowship\, and fresh mountain air! 🌲
