Blood Drive
Wednesday, May 12, 2021, 10:00 AM
Now is the time to roll up your sleeve and become a part of the lifesaving mission of the Red Cross and the loving mission of St. John’s Episcopal Church. Just one unit of blood donated saves three lives, and during this time of pandemic, there is a shortage of donated Blood. If you are healthy and eligible, please come out to donate on Wednesday May 12 until 4:00 pm in Hansen Hall at the Church.
Sign up for your appointment at www.redcrossblood.org/give
Type in the zip code 83001 and select St. John’s Episcopal Church and choose a time.
Please read the eligibility requirements online.
All safe hygiene, temperature monitoring, and social distancing precautions will be strictly followed. Wear your mask or you will be provided a mask upon arrival if you do not have one. Through the end of May, Covid-19 antibody testing is now available for all donations, so you can learn your own Covid-19 antibody status about 2 weeks after you donate.
If you have received a vaccine, that is great, and there is no deferral time between your vaccine and donating blood, as long as you feel great the day you donate. Please bring your CDC Covid-19 Vaccination card with you to your donation appointment as it shows which vaccine you received and the dates.
Thank you, and we’ll see you at the Blood Drive.
