St. John's Community Outreach Grants
Making Small Miracles Happen Every Day

The Episcopal Church of Jackson Hole is proud to offer new Community Outreach Grants for organizations that support essential human needs and help to build healthy communities in Teton County.

Grant Guidelines:

  1. Projects rather than individuals will be funded. Individuals will be referred to the Community Resource Center (CRC) or another appropriate agency.
  2. Projects will be actively solicited from parishioners and projects proposed by parishioners will be given priority.
  3. Projects with a volunteer component that engages/involves parishioners will be given preference.
  4. Projects should demonstrate how they meet an essential human need and/or how they build healthy communities.
  5. Projects should demonstrate St. John's values and mission.
Funded projects (including current ongoing projects):
  1. A set dollar amount will be granted.
  2. If an agency or project leader finds it needs further funding, the contact person will meet with the Outreach Committee to discuss the need.
  3. Appropriate budget updates will be forwarded to the Outreach Committee.
  4. Projects will need to be renewed annually or reviewed if the timeline is longer.
